Golden Spikes RB Edition

 Goldens Spikes RB Edition

 Quinson Judkins? Really…

Yes, I'm banking on a big breakout for the bruising Rb from OSU. The Rb position overall isn't very deep this year. Most are aware of the continuing decline of three down back. Man, I miss the days of Marshall Faulk , LT , and Todd Gurley! If you don’t grab an elite guy at the top, there is a long fall after about Josh Jacobs at Rb 16. This is where Judkins comes into then picture. He’s currently sitting at Rb 22 coming off the board in the 6th round. If you missed on your work horse guy in the early rounds don't fret Judkins is your guy.
There is risk involved with Judkins this year. Yes, he was injured late in the 2025 season and he does have some competition from Dylan Sampson and Rocket Sanders. I dont think those guys will supplant Judkins from his role. Todd Monken likes a work horse Rb and he's not afraid to feed him. Judkins isn't Derrick Henry but Monken is going to give him that role. His receiving skills are also an upgrade over Henry. He hauled in 26 receptions last year but saw an uptick in check downs over the last five games once Sanders took over at Qb. The whole offense opened up at that point and Judkins took a screen 60 yards in week 14. He can be an anchor at the Rb position in your lineup. He averaged a respectable 12 ppr points per game. In a zero or hero Rb build I am looking for Judkins in the mid rounds every draft.
So does he have upside? I think he can finish inside the top 15 this year among ball carries. Monken is an excellent offensive mind and it’s only a matter of time before Deshaun Watson is benched for good. And thats good news for the entire offense. Look for Judkins took have an uptick in Tds and catches in 2026. Just think of him as Nick Chubb lite and smash the drafted button this year!

Thanks for reading . Drop and comment below and let me know if you believe in Judkins this year.
